Paddlers should direct questions to their Team Captain/Team Manager or to the Website Forum.
Your Team Captain/Team Manager is responsible for passing along all email communications and guidance documents from the DC Dragon Boat Festival Race Committee to the paddlers. We will also try to post these on this page.

The boat, paddles, and all personal flotation devices will be provided. Individuals are responsible for bringing their own water, sun glasses, sun block, change of clothes, etc. This is a water-sport! You will get wet! Please try to wear synthetic, non-cotton clothing and sandals or water shoes.
RACE DAY INFORMATION

TEAM CHECK-IN/REGISTRATION
All Team Captains/Managers are required to check-in on during Race-day Registration at the Festival Grounds.
Please make sure you have the following:
- Ensure all fees have been paid in full
- Bring Festival Waivers for each participant with opies of photo IDs.
- Bring final Team Roster.
At Registration, you will recieve your wristbands, team flag, goodie bags.
CAMP SETUP
- Each team is allowed ONE 10 x 10 floorless canopy tent. Stakes allowed
- Larger tents are allowed if share amongst multiple teams
- Loading and Unloading is only allowed at the TBC parking lot.
- Coolers allowed, but no grills
- No alchohol
- No monetary transactions, advertisements or other promotion material are allowed on Festival Grounds
- Teams are responsible for bringing their own food, water and trash bags. Recycling will be available.
MARKETING MATERIALS
We will post flyers and other marketing materials to the Website Forum.
