Festival Registration to Open March 15th

Registration for the 2010 DC Dragon Boat Festival is scheduled to open on March 15th. Registration will follow the same format as last year. The festival slots will be sold on a first come first serve basis and feature mixed, open, women, BCS, and youth divisions.

2010 Fees and Guidelines

Registration Fees*

Division Fee per Boat
Community $1000
Corporate $1000
Premier* $800
Youth $600
BCS* $500

Fees include the following:
- Three one hour sessions of training for your team. All festival (non-premier) team members must attend at least one (1) training session.
- Race fees for the Saturday and Sunday, May 29th and 30th, competition.
- Use of Coast Guard-approved PFDs and paddles, provided during training sessions and festival.

*Festival training sessions and use of festival steerers are not provided for Premier and ERDBA member teams.
